Video Series – Episode 2: Listening and the Lawyer-Client Relationship
Listening is one of the most under-rated skills a lawyer has in his or her toolbox. In the latest episode of my video series, I talk about how listening is critical in the lawyer-client relationship and how both parties need to engage in active listening throughout the representation. Lawyers need to be patient in listening to clients tell their story while clients need to be willing to listen to advice that they may not want to necessarily hear.
